Fasting has many good effects on the body system, for example, blood particles are formed in the bone marrow. New blood cells are formed from the bone marrow according to the physical need for blood. ۔ During fasting, the blood circulating cells come to a lower level, which increases the demand for blood cells inside the pulp, and new cells
(RBCs) are formed in large quantities. During fasting, the blood circulation slows down. Due to religious worship, the patient remains calm, which eliminates mental stress and tension and does not increase blood pressure. The digestive system improves. The body becomes healthy and energetic.

During Ramadan, eating and drinking times change. If moderate food and drink are kept in Sehri and Iftar from the beginning of Ramadan, then it is better for physical health. This time the duration of the fast is more than about 15 hours while the weather is also very hot so it is very important to take care of eating and drinking during Sahr o Iftar. Eating too much at Sahri can cause problems. ۔ Foods rich in carbohydrates such as wheat bread, gram flour bread, porridge, rice, beans, sorghum husk, milk, and milk products, and homemade Halim and potatoes are beneficial at breakfast. Fiber-rich fruits and grains such as bananas, apples, guavas, peaches, plums, spinach, and barley also keep the stomach full for a long time while constipation. They also help to save, but they should be eaten in small quantities as they make you feel more thirsty.

Protein-rich foods should also be part of the sehri, including egg whites, chicken, yogurt, and pulses, notably protein. As well as keeping the fasting person physically active, they also maintain physical energy. Cucumbers, tomatoes, and water do not allow you to be physically sluggish throughout the day. Avoid too many peppers or spicy foods, their use increases the risk of heartburn and indigestion. Drinking too much tea in the morning should be avoided as caffeine lowers the water level in the body and increases thirst. Salty foods should be avoided as they can lead to dehydration. Consumption of cardamom or fennel coffee or a few drops of cardamom or fennel reduces the intensity of thirst. The word of Surah Al-Kawosar also reduces the intensity of thirst. You can drink more watery foods and beverages in the morning. You should also avoid eating more sweet foods as they are digested very fast and only after a few hours. Feeling hungry. Consume meat and poultry foods as much as possible. Make milk, yogurt, and buttermilk an integral part of your diet. It protects against weakness, thirst, and indigestion. Avoid strenuous exercise in the morning, light exercise, and continue walking as usual.
Juices And Fruits
Lemon water should be used instead of sweet drinks and carbonated
cola drinks in Iftar. Fresh fruit juice and dates should be used. 1 to 2
glasses of lukewarm milk with 3 to 5 dates is the best iftar. If milk is not
available for iftar, mix a little sweet with lemon zest and salt. Avoid
drinking too much water immediately after breaking the fast. Similarly, eating
too many fried foods or eating too much at the time of breaking the fast will
keep the stomach full for a long time, but the body will be heavy and the
feeling of hunger will be less. Use them as usual. Don't reuse the oil/ghee
used in the preparation of fritters at home. Prefer lentils with bread or oily
curry with bread. Avoid eating sour things in Sehr o Iftar. This will increase
the demand for water.

Fruits |
Eat more fruits and water during Iftar but drink less
water. So it is better. Keep a bottle of water with you during Taraweeh prayers
and drink water from time to time. One rule to always remember is to eat late
digested food at the time of Sehri while eating things that are easily digested
during Iftar so that the stomach is empty till Sehri Women and patients who are
fasting should determine their diet with the advice of their doctor. Remember
that in Ramadan, carelessness and overeating can lead to poor health, so the
blessed hours of Ramadan should be spent in remembrance of Allah for His
