Teacher's Day is celebrated globally on October 5th to learn about the problems of teachers

"Respect those who teach children well. Parents make you but teachers teach you the art of living a good life." (Aristotle)

The name of the great entity who adorns the nation with the adornment of education is Ustad. Teacher refers to everyone who has to teach or taught us something, from whom we have learned something ourselves, be it skill or knowledge.

World Teacher's Day
World Teacher's Day

UNESCO, a subsidiary of the United Nations, started celebrating "World Teacher's Day" on October 5, 1994. Since then, that day has been celebrated all over the world as Teachers' Day. This 'Day has been celebrated in Pakistan since 2007 every year. On the same day, teachers around the world are greeted with devotion and their importance and usefulness, and their basic role at every level is highlighted.

Some of the most important qualities that a good teacher should have are Guide, friend, and philosopher. He should guide his students according to their abilities. The teacher should satisfy his students with rational and simulated arguments in a friendly environment. That is, guide your students in a friendly environment in the light of rational and imitative arguments.

The teacher should be far-sighted, understand the psychology of the students, be free from prejudice, hatred, enmity, and hatred, be punctual. Behave with the best of students, listen patiently, ask serious questions. Responding, observing the rules of Shari'ah, being modest, being an expert in one's subject and subject matter, inculcating good and denying evils, teaching, and learning, feeling responsible, avoiding wasting time, insisting on scientific and pen mistakes Instead, refer to, change and innovate your teaching and learning methods by assessing students' tastes and levels, reading books and staying up-to-date with events is a sign of an ideal and successful teacher.

If you are living a good life in a good position today, then the most important hand is the teacher.

The first duty of the teacher is to fulfill his duties while realizing his responsibility. He should not make any shortcomings or omissions. He should guide his students at every step. He should consider all the students as equal. He should never discriminate against any student. Respect for the teacher diminishes in the hearts of the students which is not good for any society - a teacher should be patient and truthful in his work because he is adorning a generation with ornaments like education for their future. Is building all the dreams are being put into practice. The teacher should be knowledgeable, punctual, good-natured, and firm in his words. Treat your students as lovingly and compassionately as possible, because most students are their teachers. Are quickly influenced by the personality of and like to make exactly the same.

The value of knowledge in the world is possible only when the teacher is given a place in the society to which he is entitled. Those who seek knowledge know how to respect the teacher and follow his teachings and obey the teacher. They are always successful and prosperous. The place of honor in the world is the destiny of those who respect and honor the teacher. What an old man has said well those good manners are bad manners.

The salaries of teachers in private schools are much lower than govt: schools. UNESCO, SEF, and the International Labor Organizations have recommended that teachers' salaries should be at least as high as their educational qualifications. That she could support her family.

  • Officials are asked to make teachers' salaries equal to the minimum wage.
  • Our country is one of the countries in the world where a soldier is more respected than a teacher.
  • Most people in Pakistan prefer to be a junior officer or clerk rather than an educated person, a teacher.
  • Teachers are the backbone of the education system. Therefore, if their financial situation deteriorates, they will not be able to teach with peace of mind.

Today

The problems of teachers should also be reviewed and they should be addressed.

For example, the first is to formulate a policy to protect teachers and improve their performance. Secondly, jobs in this profession should be given to people who are trained, who are interested in teaching. Thirdly, those who want to take up this profession should be trained before starting teaching. Fourth, teachers should be sent to areas where they are most needed. Fifth, they should be supported in every way during their employment, their good performance should be appreciated and their quality testing process should be clear and transparent. They should be empowered.

The problem of private school teachers is very serious. They do not have the privileges that government employees enjoy, nor do they have a platform where their problems can be solved. There are a few so-called organizations claiming teachers' rights, their administrators are school administrators. So where do teachers go? Teachers are not heard on these platforms and problems remain.

The meager and ridiculous salary of a few thousand teachers in the private educational institutions of the beloved homeland is unable to meet even their basic needs and the standard of salary increase at the rate of 2% or even 5% per annum is ridiculous. They also do not have the privileges that government employees enjoy, nor do they have a formal platform where the voice of their concerns and rights can be conveyed to higher authorities. Private Instruments The mind gets salaries only after paying the fees and they have no other solution other than the fees.

At that time he has not got the respect and status of the teacher to which he is actually entitled. The lack of value for teachers has taken at all on our society. At this time the young generation is somewhat unfamiliar with the greatness of the teacher. Nowadays, if the teacher says something, the student embarrasses him by saying ten things in front of him. That is why today the teacher thinks ten times before saying something to the children and this is for us. It is a matter of concern to what extent our young generation is moving. Among the reasons for the lack of respect for the teacher, which I understand, is the training and political attitude of our families.

Nowadays in our homes, children are often taught that the teacher is nothing but a paid person and respects him as much as a paid employee. Nowadays, if the teacher says something to the student and the child complains at home, the parents, instead of explaining to the child, immediately denigrate the teacher in front of the child. I would like to say here that this is not the case everywhere but This is what most places look like.

A teacher is a person who collects flowers of knowledge and decorates the chests of the people with his necklace. Developed nations are well aware of the importance of the teacher, so even today, teachers are given priority everywhere, be it in the court, on the street, or in any market, the dignity of the teacher is taken care of everywhere.
